I come to you because I identified you as one of the international Key Opinion Leader regarding 3D food printing.
I am currently evaluating the state-of-the-art regarding 3D food printing at the international scale and I would be very happy to discuss with you regarding this subject.
Indeed, after a first Internet search, I have so many questions about the future and potentialities of this concept !
